@Feeding The Family - Wslmz. Make eno by combining ½ tsp salt, 1½ Tablespoon of citric acid and 2 Tablespoon of baking SODA. Use 2 tsp for the batter and you can store the rest😋

@Zaynab Vadia - Not silly at all! Pour it over the hot coal so that it generates smoke. Be sure to close the pot as quickly as possible thereafter to trap the smoke!
