Alhamdulillah, best recipe i could find, easy to understand and follow. I got worried when i added the syrup so i added about 3/4 cup less and kept it, Alhamdulillah that actually helped because the next day it was kinda hard and the added syrup helped it get beaten, please let me know if thats ok for next time! @Sa'diyah Suliman - Syrup should not be too sticky nor too liquidy the Burfi will be too soft and as always all methais are done on medium heat ..for it to be chewy you overcooked .it just like a quick stir for 2 min or 3
