@Hanifa - It does become stretchy wen u need to re roll , what I do at times is I roll it n cut into squares so theirs no left over dough to re roll .
These look delicious ๐ why does my dough turn out stretchy? It's hard to roll out. Do you use yoghurt at room temperature?
Slms should the dough/batter be like a drop doughnut consistency? Or firmer?
So delicious ! I had pure organic cocoa from Belize n the dough wasn't as sweet so i added a little more sugar... the biscuits were devine... tasted different to chocolate biscuits made with regular cocoa powder

Yummy easy fuss free recipe. I've been looking for a good oil cake recipe and the bonus with this is it only requires 2 eggs. My little boys loved it ๐ baked it as a sheet cake with ganache & sprinkles. No fancy decorating necessary๐๐พ
