@๐binti Mohammad๐ - walaikumsalm maaf i seen ur msg after so many days. if u using for the first time I suggest u oil n soak tagine pot in room temperature water at least a night b4 cooking.... i cook over a gas stove n the flavour is just to nice. normal cooking... but after your meal plz do the same soak pot oil and I keep it in a covered cloth or plastic bag. @Najma - Jzk..I just added as I required I +-3 Tblsp each ..depending how saucy you prefer..I didn't want it too saucy..and I did not want to add cream or creamy pepper sauce it sauce ..

slmz methi masala is it the achaar masala or fenugreek
Wslm. Approximately 2 tsps of salt. Bake on 180 degrees till crisp and golden brown on the top
