Rainbow Jelly Fingers
Jzk for the lovely recipe. Was really pretty. However, see the following tips: 1. It's a little time consuming making the layers (but putting each layer in the freezer for about 20 mins should be perfect. 2. When you make the condensed milk mixture, mske sure tye 4 parts are in glass bowls and don't fret if the parts set between waiting - simply put the bowl in hot water to make into liquid. 3. Don't rush to make all the jellies at one go. Make each jelly, then let cool just a little and layer, or else they'll set beforehand. 4. Get a deeper container. I only managed to make 4 layers of jelly and 4 of the condensed milk mixture as it wasn't deep enough.
