Best cupcakes EVER. So light and easy to make. Jzk so much for sharing. I added 1 tsp vanilla essence coz I couldn't fathom cupcakes without that. Trying caramel essence next time. Did half with salted caramel frosting and half with chocolate ganache, edible gold dust, grated choc and choc chips.

Yoh this is the 2nd time I've made this recipe and it didn't turn out the way I would like. Positives are the dough is soft and at the end they taste nice. The problem was the dough is very sticky. Be prepared to have A LOT of oil on hand just to manage the dough. The first time I did the recipe I followed it to a T. The dough was sooo sticky. I even added more flour but to no avail. The 2nd time I adjusted my amount of water but had the same result. I ended up with only 12 mini rotis. I thought I'd be able to get a nice size like some of the pics posted by going down to 12, but the dough just kept on tearing. I couldn't roll them out larger than a small circle. That being said the end result is good. A outy about the size

Nice recipe. I used 3 tuna cans. Also added garlic flakes, more chilli and cajun spice. You can really add any spices. Tip: once cooked, add grated cheese on top (if on stove/oven, cover till melted)

@Sarah Mansoor - Wa alaykum salaam 125g is correct I put the bowl on the scale, tare it (zero) then add oil slowly until it reads 125g. It is about 1/2 cup more or less but better to weigh if possible 💕

@Fal - Ws I cooked 2kg. These can be baked or fried. Try both methods and see which one you prefer. The fried version tastes much nicer.
