Chicken Jalfrezi Sumaya Jeewa Al-talib
it is a normal yeast dough.
3 cups flour, 1 Tbl sugar, 1 Tbl ghee/oil, 1tsp. salt 1x 10g packet instant yeast. 1 cup warm water.
place dry ing. in bowl. rub in ghee/oil, till it resembles bread crumbs. add water little @ a tym till u get a soft dough. cover n let it rise in a warm place.(30min) punch down the dogh and make in2 balls(little smaller then tennis ball size).roll out,fry on tawa till each side puffs up.not to long or it will become hard.
brush with garlic butter b4 serving.( i made mine in tandoori oven)
