Wslmz. I used the normal basic green masala we use in our dishes and savouries. Here's one you can try.
Take about 2kg green chillies. 1 green pepper. Chop. Grind wid 2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup oil n 2 ball garlic. put through mincer or grind in magi or use stick blender.
Store in fridge use as needed. Freezer suitable 2.
Use in savouries, add 2 cooking curries, pastas,anything very versitile.
