@ Lunat. Its a coating made from corn flakes. I make my own. buy a 1kg box of corn flakes ( bokomo) than I grind it in my coffee machine. I add some parsley to it. You can also add mixed herbs if you want and than you will hve flavourd crumbs X

Different n easy but cheese melted and started browning n pastry was not done ... Eventually I put it in the airfryer but it was tasty
