I never put recipe I can make it however u want Bt i put red chillie paste some garlic some chicken spice some Robertson garlic and herb spice and lil lemon juice and some tomatoebsauce and lil nandos sauce

@fay yesterday I added a handful of frozen rasberries and I also sliced bananas and froze them . Was so thick and creamy :-) I was try with that as well Jzk

You can also add almond butter to make it creamier. Chia seeds and oats for a more filling smoothie.:-)
