heyy, i tried this, it was very tasty. only thing when was frying the hake, it was breaking, any idea why?? will it be better to grill it?

If you can't find the Mediterranean and chakalaka sauce try and any other 2 sauces from nandos that is Hot. Maybe the hot garlic and hot peri peri
What do u use in place of chakalaka sauce?
