Slmz Naz ..wash n thinly slice your potato halfway through rub olive oil cover with foil bake till done 180 degrees .it comes out lovely n crispy enjoy....

These cum out delish. I make sauce at home. Not cum across a good jalapeno sauce in uk. 1 bottle jalapenos 1/4 cup mayo Half cup double cream Jeeru powder Salt garlic Just blitz all and use accordingly.

I think urs flatten cos maybe the dough was too soft dat sumtimes hapns I'd dough is soft bisc spreads maybe try mkng dough abit firm hope dis helps!
