Vanilla Cuppies
Slm,this recipe seems quick and easy. I have tried a similar recipe to this, but cuppies are always full of tunnels. Is this the case with this recipe as well? I think the tunnels are because of eggs and sugar that are beaten till light,thick and fluffy.How long must eggs and sugar be beaten? With a hand mixer or a stand mixer? On high or a low setting? Please assist? As i am in need of a light,soft and spongy cupcake recipe, but without the tunnels. Shukr
