@farhana it can be kept in the fridge for a week , provided the fresh cream has a long expiry day.
@sue u can also omit the seasoning and add more of the remaining spice , though the spice those give it the added flavor

It's pretty yummy. I don't know about freezing, never tried it. No the biscuits didn't get soft at all. I had it in a air tight container so it stayed fresh for some time
