Slmz@ Shainaaz. It is sticky bt as u add flour it comes rite. If u added all the flour required nd it still sticky jst add little flour til dough is formed meaning not sticking to hands. Gulab Jamun ( Flop - Proof )

GULAB JAMUNS
(SUMAYAH)

2 cups sugar
4 cups water
Saffron strands and ground cardamom to taste

(You may need more syrup)
Syrup must not be very thick..

1 cup klim powder
1 n 1⁄2 tablespoon semolina (taystee wheat / soji)
1 tablespoon self rising flour
3 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Saffron

1 egg
5 tablespoon oil and ghee (Clarified butter) mixed
3 tablespoon milk

Mix above 3 together and bind to dry ingredients with a spoon..
don't use hands as it makes dough soft..
form marble size balls and fry in medium oil..
drain on kitchen paper..
cook syrup a bit in shallow.
pot and add fried balls and cook on medium until balls swell and feel spongy..
cool completely before removing from pot as it
will spoil shape of gulab jamun

# for diabetic drizzle syrup over, DO NOT soak
in syrup
