Slmz,jzk, I'm really sorry but I'm not sure what could be the reason,it suppose to set. What you can do is whip the fresh cream a bit more stiff and fold it into the condense mixture a tablespoon at a time. Also you could try mixing 1 tspn Gelatine in 1/4 cup water, pour it through a tea strainer into your cream mixture,before you pour onto your base. Than pour the mixture over your base and leave to set,inshaAllah it will set.
