The spray and cook is basically to prevent the pizza from getting stuck to the pan by greasing it... So you can grease as you normally would for baking etc... U can rub some oil etc on ur pan..
It's a custard consistency but tastes great! Let us know if you liked it

It's a little liquidy... Add A tsp of China grass powder to get it slightly firmer
How long does it take to set? Is it supposed to be little liquidy?
