yes they can be frozen provided that the sauce hasnt been poured over . the tortillas will soak the sauce .
however u can prepare the sauce and freeze it separately .

so the day when you want to serve remove atleast 2 to 3 hours before allow to defrost add the sauce and cheese then bake
