Salaam.. I make these too but don't put them in the freezer... i have even modified the receipe by adding flavouring (orange/pineapple/mint) an adding more icing sugar.. also used 100's an 1000's just for fun to change it a bit...
Slms can this dough be freezed and used for a later date?

To Hajra, Yes. Caramel treat comes in a tin just like the condensed milk tins. I actually saw it in my local asda store on Saturday in the Birmingham store. Good luck and i hope u find it.

Jazakallah! One more question if you dont mind. What is spice for rice? I have never come across it. Its possible it might not be available in the uk. Any way of making it at home?
wslm, i'll tell you for 1 mug of rice , wash your rice and leave aside. in a pot add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp spice for rice and 1 medium sized green pepper diced finely . once it sizzles add 2 mugs of boiling water and the soaked rice drained. cook as normal.

Hi its advisable to switch off and restart your blender if you are using it for a prolonged period , it shouldn't run continuosly or else the motor will burn. I purchased the halaal gelatine from chohans spice in durban
