It sets perfectly fine in the fridge..I prepared mine in the mornin and enjoyed it after iftar...will probably set in 2 hours I'm sure.
does this need to be put in the fridge or freezer to set? and also for how long?

mix the 1/2 cup cream n the egg together n pour over..then sprinkle grated cheese over..but rather put the cheese wen its halfway baked otherwise it gets abit hard
maaf one more question for the topping is it 1egg mixed with ½ cup fresh cream,Mozarella . D you grate the cheese on top of the filling or the cheese is in the topping as well jazakallah
