Flop-proof Butter Cake
For the buttercream you will need
125g butter,softened
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
aprox. 2 cups sifted icing sugar
beat butter with vanilla till creamy add the icing sugar,a little at a time beating well, until icing is of desired texture.
Yes I made the trimmings too. Take the same cream and add more icing sugar to it till it forms pliable dough, and form into shapes. Think of it as play dough :)
I just used my own imagination with this one.
