Creamy Chicken Sambusa/samosa
                
                Take 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken fillet; 
1/2 green bell pepper (chopped), 
3 tablespoon butter, 
3 tablespoon flour, 
salt to taste,
 1/2 tsp. pepper, 
1 cup milk, 
3/4 chicken stock
Heat ingredients together, add stock, add flour to some of the water and cook till ready for filling
