make a sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water till syrup then cool. Take a punnet strawberries and blend with half the sugar syrup and 1/4 cup grenadine till smooth. Then pour into jug halfway and top with some sprite. Freeze the blueberry energade till slushy like then pour this over the back of a metal spoon into the jug and top with sprite. (Tas-kmb)
For Filling you can also use cream, caramel and banana or instant pudding

This recipe does not indicate how much of sugar should go into the base. However it is mentioned that is suagr is need for the base in the method.

Slight cracks are normal..but not like naan katai cracks lol ..u can even sprinkle glitter at the end for a more finished look.
