Made 4 of these yestrday! ... Oh so lovely and fast to make... I also mde a few changes, I added extra 125ml custard powder to corn flour mixture..... And I also baked the pastry on 200 deg for 5min flipped it over and baked for another 5min on other side... Pastry fluffed and flaked up beautifully. Thanks for the recipe
Slms. Lovely recipe! I wasn't sure how thick to make it, so tried different thicknesses... Abt 1cm makes them nice and thick like the pakistani tikka places.... I added garlic flakes inside and in butter. Very nice indeed. Jzk

U can buy fudge syrup from pick and pay etc- used for ice cream topping and so on / nestle makes a caramel pouring sauce in a tin similar to caramel treat

why is tomato sauce and mayo twice?
I used brinjal, sweet potato,cashews, baby carrots and marrow. Not one morsel was left over.
