it is a normal yeast dough.
3 cups flour, 1 Tbl sugar, 1 Tbl ghee/oil, 1tsp. salt 1x 10g packet instant yeast. 1 cup warm water.
place dry ing. in bowl. rub in ghee/oil, till it resembles bread crumbs. add water little @ a tym till u get a soft dough. cover n let it rise in a warm place.(30min) punch down the dogh and make in2 balls(little smaller then tennis ball size).roll out,fry on tawa till each side puffs up.not to long or it will become hard.
brush with garlic butter b4 serving.( i made mine in tandoori oven)

made it last night. i found that the lemon juice is to much as well as the dhania. there is no salt quantity in the ingredients. however it was very nice will made again and reduce the lemon juice qty. also i used 1/2 tsp garlic flakes in place of crushed garlic

It is based acording to your taste, but this is how much I use...
12 red chillies (makes about 2 tblsp paste), 2 tsp tenderiser, 2tblsp green masala.
The worcestershire I sprinkle while the t bone is in the pan, so I cannot give you an exact amount. Prob a tblsp
