Hi, I want to make this recipe, just confused on how to measure dry ingredients in ml? Is 5ml sugar same as 5g
Salaams :) Is 80gr gelatin not too nuch? I only had 50gr and used that. The mixture is very very firm. Also there is no sweetening agent.

Came out really lovely, jzk. Tip: mix in the crunchies last, when the mixture has slightly cooled (ie when choc not hot) or else it melts/dissolves in the choc. Beautiful treat

What's the exact measurement for the nestle cream?
I swapped out the Ideal milk for Dessert cream, it's a more thicker so the pudding was a nice consistency
