The Perfect Sojee Recipe
Slmz made this few days ago came out amazing!!and it's so easy!!! Alhamdullilllah Masha Allah....Today however, I browned the butter and stuffs.. so when I added the semoline I was abit worried it shouldn't burn so (my wrong) I didn't let it all like simmer well, so I just added the mixture immediately after that.... After lots of mixing on low heat (& loads of blowing Duas :) it thickened alhamdullilllah... The colour is not perfect yellow, its a little brown bit never Mind I guess it'll taste good Insha Allah?
