Chicken & Mushroom Cups

JazakAllah for the recipe, we enjoyed the cups!

Please advise on the number of cups of flour, the recipe says 2 cups, I used 2 but the mixture of the dough was very runny, I then added an extra cup, it seemed to be fine then.
Should the other ingredients of the dough be adjusted?

Fresh Cream Croissants

@Naseema Khan (zulfis) - Pepperdew Filling For Moons:

1/2 kg cubed chicken fillet
I cubed onion
Lemon pepper
Inna Palms Crushed pepper
Crushed Garlic
Salt
Green masala
Paprika
Fine Jeero
1 cubed tomatoe
1 tub cream cheese

Method
Sauté onions and garlic
Add in rest of the ingredients
When cooked add in 1/2 Cup pepperdew
Once filling has cooled down add in cream cheese and finely chopped greens
