Came out really lovely, jzk. Tip: mix in the crunchies last, when the mixture has slightly cooled (ie when choc not hot) or else it melts/dissolves in the choc. Beautiful treat

@Elaine Chetty - I suggest soaking the rice atleast 2 hours before cooking or else the cooking process will be longer

It was ok. Didnt rise much yet I doubled baking powder. maybe it was rolled too thin (oven baking pan) but not sure Id use it again
