Slms jzk for the recipe ideas and tips I used various ideas from different recipes ..and going to use the tomato gravy tip.
Slms, plz post the method, coz the recipe is posted twice. Like is it baked all together, and for how long, or on a gas stove?
@Tyra - ASalam it also has to do with how you fold it and how you fry it . I find if I fry it soft in hot oil it explodes and of the oil is deep . I never fry in a deep fryer. I add oil to a pan not much add samoosas and switch on the stove. I hope it works for you IA.

I tried this recipe and it was a fail even though I followed it to the T.When frying the samoosas seeped and exploded.
Delicious. I cooked it all together. Added cream in the end.
