I kinda followed the recipe but improvised using tamarind/amli, mustard seeds and curry leaves - I didn’t do the mayo and coconut milk … cooked the tomato with the spices first then added the crayfish 🦞 later and let it cook slowly on low heat …. It absorbed the flavours and was juicy 👌 served it with bimri spiced rice prepped with red peppers and peas 👌
Made it the friday b4 Eid fr the umpteenth time as always was very yummy Alhamdulillah❤️

Love this recipe! It is easy to make and very delicious. Had it with cream and it was all eaten within minutes.
I made this but it is still sticky and most of all the method was not as specified. The syrup crystallized in the mix and I had to add more water and boil everything on the stove to form. Very disappointed as it tasted so good but could not cut into squares or share. Please review the steps and the amount of water to be used and the syrup consistency
