Mini Fresh Cream Swissrolls

*Variations*
~Add two teaspoons good quality cocoa powder to the dry ingredients for chocolate swissrolls. Add ganache instead of caramel.
~For coffee swissrolls, dissolve instant coffee powder, such as Nescafe or Jacobs, in a tablespoon of boiling water. Add to batter.
Instead of caramel, use a white chocolate ganache and decorate with flake. Delicious!

Very easy to make. I used more than 1 packet (about 1.5) and the mixture was more than enough. Made 3 layers. Didnt use cinnamon as Im not a huge fan. Dusted with cocoa powder.
