I would go with foil paper, air tight container, use good qty butter when baking this avoids spoils of unnecessary excess oil or bleeds from icing centre's or filling, as they contain these storing factors take into consideration. . Try and bake as closest to date. I don't even get a chance to store them, my orders go out as soon as it's baked.... My family enjoys it's fresh... All the best happy baking...
