Salaams. Tried this recipe. Tastes great. This was my first attempt at baklava. Never thought cutting phyllo would be so hard though lol. Any suggestions or tips for easier cutting?
Also, sorry, is it plain flour or self raising please?

I made it using Cream Crackers. Then added cocoa a little glazed to pipe over the white glazed. Really tasty

These are not too sweet i would add alittle more sugar the next time... tastes good though ...
I made this but they flopped any idea why? I made the three coloured rolls side by side Cut them when they baked they flattened out... Its not easy for biscuits to flop my first time ever a biscuit flopped... 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Made this for iftaar today, was absolutely delicious. I felt the mixture abit runny when done, I just added 2 extra tablespoons of flour and it came out perfect. Jazakallah for sharing.

I used 2 T flour as substitute for Mielie meal. Made my own creamy sweet corn as we don’t get the tin. Makes about 12 muffins and 1 small rectangle dish
