The Zanzibar Cookie

Very easy to make. I'm not into very sweet biscuit, so next time I'll reduce the sugar (may reduce/leave out the white sugar) and taste. Tip: dont overcook and stay within the around 12 min baking time in the recipe, or else the biscuit becomes very hard and crispy. Nice to be a little chewy. Might try with less pulsed/non pulsed oats next time.

Flake Biscuits

Love this recipe. Made it yesterday and my biscuits came out perfect and absolutely delicious. I didnt have enough maizena so wound up using only half a cup and added extra flour to make a soft dough and baked for about 13 minutes at 150. Biscuits have a soft crunch and melt in your mouth texture. Thank you for sharing

No, these are more bread like. Definitely very flaky and delicious. But I wouldn't say light, and its much better as a stuffed croissant than a plain one!
