Shukran for this recipe! Cake is absolutely divine. Soft, bouncy and moist. Doesn't crumble down or tear apart like other cakes. Stays fresh for long. I've made 2 rectangular cakes and stacked it onto each other, using caramel to sandwich together, for my daughter's frozen theme birthday cake. Best vanilla cake I've ever tasted!
