Savoury Muffins

Asalaamu alaykum ❤️ I made these now, omitted chicken, corn and mushrooms... But I doubled the recipe, except for the eggs as I was short, so, I left it at 3 for the whole batch. I separated it into two and added polony into 1 and a drained can of Tuna into the other... The cheese got stuck to the wrappers so I just put it into a round, oiled cake tin and lowered the oven to 170c and baked it a little longer, 25mins or until skewer came out clean and Alhamdulillah with all my improvising 😅 it still came out delicious... The moral of the story... Never give up no matter how many ladles you face... 😂 But JazakAllah Hajira for your recipe everyone enjoyed it... ❤️💚🤍🖤

Bounty Cupcakes

@Tasneem - Wa alaykumusalaaam, chop 4x 80g slabs of Cadbury Dairymilk-set aside. Warm 1 big tin Nestle Dessert cream in a pot. When it simmers, remove from the heat and add in the chocolate. Leave for a few minutes then stir until glossy and combined. You can leave it to stand if you want it very thick, otherwise use right away. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge, tightly covered, for up to 1 week. Hope you love it!
