You make the mixture on, when done making rest for 10 minutes in the bowl... Make in and long sausage like shape, adding flour to the surface on the table prevent from sticking, not to much flour cut into pieces... Then roll each one into the shape you like & dot with the butter & oil. Fry in hot pan with some oil firstly in the pan & fry for 2-3 mins on each side, flipping once. Njoyโบ๏ธ nice & golden brown.
