@Amatulislam - I've kept it for a week in a sealed jar and it was fine. Yes, longer than that you can freeze then thaw. Gently rewarm before use. We always have a fresh batch around here, it goes fast! Hope you enjoy!

How long does it last in the fridge or should extra sauce be frozen and thawed at a later stage to use?

Yummy..I make almost the same only I add mustard seeds and 1tsp Akalwaya pickle masala ..it divine ..
Wonderful and extremely easy. Tip: add feta GRADUALLY. 2 blocks may be too salty. Decorate with various toppings. I used a sun-dried tomato & herb mix, flaked chilli, coriander, olive oil
Lovely recipe. Tip: You can prep the chicken and sauce early. Later only boil the pasta and mix. Do this just before serving
Really something unusual! If you really like the fudge icing, you could even make 1.5x the amount. We are sure leftovers would be fantastic with brownies and ice-cream too!
