Slmz tried out the cutlet recipe but found it would have been better if I had put the chicken pieces into a food processor. One glitz in the processor would be ideal for chicken to form easily n to fry quicker. Taste was lovely overall a good side dish.

Didn’t have all the ingredients so changed some and the leftover kebabs i rolled into cooked lasagne sheet and baked it with white sauce etc. Turned out yummy!
