This recipe is flop proof I feel like a professional after my first try thank you so much this is our new family favourite...it's moist and amazing I even added a little coconut for no reason and it's the bomb best chocolate cake I ever had ... Oh I baked forb35 minutes instead of 30 minutes so it's not gooey in the center

Amazing recipe! We drizzled ours with Nutella before crisping.
Lovely warming soup...the ginger was slightly overpowering so I added in more carrots and some lemon juice to balance the heat. Excellent soup for the winter chills

@Rashida Salim - On the packet it says that 1 packet of smash powder (104g/110ml) makes 600g/600ml of smash to give you an idea of how much mashed potato to use as replacement. Although i havent tried it with mashed potato.

@Fatema - I bought from the chocolate factory in the east Rand area however the local substitute would me nutticrust . I find the lotus biscuit is the rich men’s nutticrust 🤣 Add alittle ginger n nutmeg powder to the biscuit when you crushing
