Good recipe. I would layer fresh cream first and then biscuit mixture, then fresh cream again. Also, dont beat the fresh cream too stiff as it then doesnt soak the biscuit mixture enough, even if you refrigerate for a few hours

Slms good side dish for a braai. I found 500g pasta too much (used screw pasta) as there was not enough of the fresh cream mixture to cover the pasta, as in your pic

Made them they were perfect
Baked 2 round cakes and used the icing to sandwich the cakes. Devine. Soft, moist and decadent. Enjoyed by all. Cake was devoured before I managed to take a pic.

I am not sure why but I am wondering if it's the crushed pineapple ...Ours is very pulpy The texture of my jardo Is almost like when moong dhal gets mushy.. although the rice grains are not mushy u can still pick out rice one at a time ....🤷♀️🤷♀️
