Crusty Artisan Bread
Prepared this bread at 0200 this morning . Excellent receipe. I prepared this recipe slightly differently. I mixed all the dry ingredients together, made a well, added the oil and the tied the dough with 11/4 cups warm water. I used 4 cups of flour (half wheat and half white flour). I allowed the dough to rise once, punched it down formed two breads allowed this to rise and baked in an oven temp of 180 degrees for 20 min.
