@Ameena Atcha - I use 2 tomatoes grated and 2 cubed small in my chutney. You may adjust the quantity you prefer And use only grated tomatoes. My husband likes a few chunky tomatoes so I add a few to give the chutney some volume.

@Sh4k33r4_chothia - Jzk kharan , duas to you as well. Shank is the “ ankle “ and up of the animal leg but before the knee. The shank muscles are used so much that it makes the meat very tough & sinewy. Sometimes I’m stubborn , i knew this but still tried the shank curry . Don’t even waste your time trying shank . Paya is soo much better & tastier . I appreciate your time & effort in responding . Stay safe💕

@Sh4k33r4_chothia - Jzk but I got the recipe for shank curry. First time I tried shank , my family found it unappealing . For the time involved it was not worth it. Sometimes there’s no right or wrong recipe , shank won’t be part of this family :)

Comes out nice everytime I make it, I add a pinch of salt. It bakes for close to an hour.

Salaams. Tried and tested lastnight . It was a big hit with the fam. Definitely made it onto our weekly menu. I just tweeked it abit by doubling the spices and adding Parmesan cheese but overall your recipe was perfect! Jzk.
