@Nasreen - I just made. You can switch off the stove with the melted butter in the pot. Just leave the pot on the hob and mix in the other ingredients

this is a very simple recipe, Happy with the results.
Never ever in my life I tried a Trip choc muffin, but i challenge myself and so happy with the results.
