Baked 2 round cakes and used the icing to sandwich the cakes. Devine. Soft, moist and decadent. Enjoyed by all. Cake was devoured before I managed to take a pic.

I tried this ... mine seems more wettish and it steamed for very very very long ... I am not sure why but I am wondering if it's the crushed pineapple ...Ours is very pulpy The texture of my jardo Is almost like when moong dhal gets mushy.. although the rice grains are not mushy u can still pick out rice one at a time ....🤷♀️🤷♀️
