2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups cake flour (or more)
Method:
1.)Place the water, butter and salt in a pot over heat and bring to the boil. Add the flour and stir vigorously until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and knees into a smooth dough.
2.)Roll the dough out thinly on a floured surface. Cut into circles. Place a spoonful of filling onto one half of the circle, lift up and press edges to seal, forming a moon shape.
Then dip in egg and breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs only.
