@Roche - Use yoghurt instead of milk it will stay soft I do know my vegetarian friends suggest 1 tsp vinegar is substitute for 1 egg

The texture,etc was good. Only did not add 1 cup sugar, instead a 1/3 cup sugar & only 3/4 tin of condense milk. The result was excellent.
