Indeed flop prrof and oh so easy! Really enjoyed by us Topped it with an icing: half cup melted butter , mix in 2/3 cup cocoa then alternately add 3 cups icing sugar and 1/3 cup milk ,beating on medium speed till it reaches a spreadable consistency. Rich and yummy!

@Kaamilah - No u can't just add a whole cup. You have to add as needed. To do this you have to bind the dough by hand to learn the right texture for different biscuits. So add 2 and then 2 Tbsp or 1/4 cup more at a time. If you add 3 the dough will end up being dry and crumble and be a flop again

@Mrs Admin (mashuda) - Wslzm. I use 1 tin Nestle cream n 2 slabs melted dairymilk chocolate and I make chocolate icing: 250g softened butter with 3 cups icing sugar 1/4 cup milk n tsp vanilla extract

@Faeeza Motala - If you can't find halaal chicken stock powder, you may add a little chicken spice, but watch the amount of salt you add. The chicken stock adds flavor. I purchase mine from local spice shops in Pretoria like Kismet in Laudium. Some knorrox cubes are halaal
@Kaamilah - I'm so sorry. Maybe try again. They're flop proof. Been making them since i was a kid. Remember that the Flour is as needed. So u might need more or less. And this dough is nozzled
