Jazakallah khair for your wonderful receipes. I must say that I was hesitant to cook the meat in pressure cooker with ONLY one cup of water. Worked out just fine. Alhamdulillah. Cooked the meat for 3 whistles.
Nice receipe. Easy. Moist indeed but abit too watery - extra bread (i used 2 slices) would have assisted with the fluid.
