@Rokhsana Saldulker - Wslm u have to be gentle when handling them & they must be properly cooled before lifting. I use a ladel to lift them & place in container

Slms and Jazak, very delicious melt in the mouth shortbread, the only problem I had was when removing from the tray, the biscuits were breaking, please tell me why,? Once again jazak
Made it for supper with spicy rice was really good added more nando's sauce to the sauce when it thickened but the xxhot one

YES I WHIPPED THE COOL JELLY & ALSO DECORATE THE WAFER ON TOP OF THE DESSERT๐๐๐๐๐
