Amazing recipe. Was a great hit! I used mixed flavoured turkish delight which some people (said it had an exciting flavour!) but next time I think I will use rose flavoured TD instead to keep the flavour consistent. Note it is a bit softer than usual soji so served it with a spoon :)

@Laeeqa - Burn the coal.Place foil in chicken mince bowl. Put coal on foil paper. Add on coal tsp ghee. Cover immediately. Keep 5-10 min. Then open n make burger.
