@Shahira Taarmohamed - Slmz Shahira,yes the ingredient amounts are correct,I also had a similar situation when making this,but I found that extra flour on your hands and a little bit of patience helps in making this dough 'co-operate'..... (you could also oil your hands,although I did not try oil) Hope that helps!-Insha Allah.

Durban Fish Curry

I made it on an outside fire using my ma’s 80 year old cast iron pot from Umzinto. The fish I used was Bluenose salmon caught in Roebuck bay,Broome , Australia. Thank you for the reciepe. This tasted almost as good as my mums fish curry. Annandakrishnan
