@UMMRAEES - Wslmz.Ive never frozen it,but I would suggest rather freezing the steak once it's cooked and shredded and then making it all up with fresh bread on the day u intend frying it.Hope that helps

@SHAISTAH - Sister not everyone wants such soft cake especially if you would like to dip it in tea. If you're not happy with the texture, maybe try someone elses recipe.
