I recently made this recipe and it was a huge hit. I added creamstyle sweetcorn to it... there was a bit left over and hubby made me use it as a sauce over my fried fish. Twas devine. Jazaakallah.

@RAEESAH - I always make big amount and then freeze whats extra. 250g pnp baking marg, 4 cups icing sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, dash milk, 2 tsp vanilla ess. Sometimes i add milo/nesquick/coffee in aswell.
@KAAMILAH - If u cant find parm then try pecorino cheese. I found halaal at checkers too

this i think was really delicious!no other biryani iv made got finished as fast as this did... i was not eating rice at the time but intended to taste but it got swipped before i could.. smells devine when cooking made the exact quantity only i added 3 tins of tuna!! definitely going to make again

The pepper steak was exceptionally good. Hubby enjoyed it as well. I omitted the salt completely, as the spices had salt in them. I accompanied it with hassleback baked potato n a creme freche sauce and some steamed garden veggies.
Was very nice. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it.
