hi, i tried this out but the biscuit got hard and the dough stayed soft. was very hard to cut and ended up throwing most of it away.

this did not work out for me.. my cupcakes came hard out dry,the batter was very thick..it baked for 15 mins n it was raw in the middle we dont get rama here,would that be the reason why,everything else was followed according to the recipe

Salaam. If anyone can help me please? Made Arabic dough for the first time to make flat naans for wraps/sandwiches. Although the dough is very nice and soft but once I cook them they are breaking when folded. This doesn't usually happen when I make other dough recipes for sandwiches. Wondering what went wrong and how can I save it?
